SARA 2020 Western Conference canceled

On March 5, the SARA Western Conference coordinator was notified that the Very Large Array (VLA) facility would not be able to host the 2020 Western Conference this year due to concerns about the corona virus outbreak. All arrangements for this conference were cancelled, and SARA plans to hold the 2021 Western Conference in Socorro, NM at the present time.

I will truly miss meeting with all of the attendees and this will be my first "no show" to a SARA conference since joining SARA. Hoping also that those that may have already made their flight arrangements receive a full refund.

With that said I hope that you will find these proceedings both  engaging and useful. And many many thanks to those that had already invested hours setting up SARA West 2020.
